Great Stay but breakfast a challenge for Vegans

My friend and I spent two nights here at the beginning and end of our wildlife visit to the Pantanal. It was a real luxury to take their magnificent showers (the water pressure) and stay in their wonderful rooms. I did not rate the highest only because there were few English speaking people to help us, but Jefferson was so great at the front desk one day. Also, the breakfast buffet offered no vegan/gluten free options and it was hard to ask for what we needed because of the language barrier. When we figured out how to communicate, the restaurant was very very accommodating. Overall a great value for the money. Top notch.

Melhor hotel de Cuiabá, localização, quartos, chuveiro fantástico, toalhas ótimas, camas maravilhosas, checkin rápido, um hotel maravilhoso. No café da manhã, a experiencia foi chata, garços estavam um pouco indispostos, foi difícil conseguir uma mesa em razão de uma área reservada, nosso pedido de tapioca ficou parado no balcão por mais de 15 min, até que nós fomos pedir para pegarem, já estava frio, espero que possam ver isso.
