Si bien el hotel está en buenas condiciones y bien cuidado, el personal de recepción fue una gran decepción. No tenían mi reservación ni el de la persona que llegó al mismo tiempo que yo (ambos realizados por Expedia) al final me dijeron que ya la habían encontrado, sin embargo eso no fue cierto ya que: 1.- Me dieron una habitación que claramente ya estaba ocupada, tuve que bajar a que me dieran otra habitación después de disculparnos con el ocupante. 2.- Me cobraron una sola noche cuando debían de ser 2 noches, mismo que repetí varias veces, sobre todo cuando me dijeron que el checkout del día siguiente era a la 1 pm y les aclaré que yo no me iba al día siguiente. Al final tuve que pagar a la salida la segunda noche para poder rectificar su error. El servicio de cuarto eficiente, no estuve en su restaurante por lo que no puedo dar mi opinión de eso.
