"Rooms are actually quite nice but the first room I was in had a TV that wasn't working even after 3 attempts by staff to correct it. Moved me to second room but found out too late in evening that I was unable to get a wakeup call because the room's phone didn't work."

"It smelled of cigarette smoke and there was a whole meal spilled on the carpeted stairs. Only stay here if you absolutely have to after missing a flight (like me). Only pro is the airport shuttle they have available!"

"The rooms are small. The bathroom doors are the sliding barn style that left large gaps that equals no privacy. No fridge or coffee pot in the rooms. Wanted my room cleaned and a note was left that they couldn't get in the room (room was not locked). When I talked to staff about it, the simply did not care and did nothing to correct the problem. We stayed on the fourth floor and the music from the lobby was still very loud at night. I won't be staying here again. If your looking for a place to relax, this hotel is not it."
