8/10 Good

"Responsive host and local property manager. Easy communication. Great walkable location for where we needed to be. Enjoyed the rooftop balcony. Clean and cozy, stand alone house for our family of 3. One AC unit, that kept bedrooms cool, not as effective for lower level if it’s very hot. You do get some street noise of people walking by in front bedroom, as house is bi-level. Older indoor bathroom that has very loud plumbing. The newer bathroom is in separate building in the back. For the price, could be a bit more fixed up, with maybe newer towels. Bring your own toiletries. Street Parking only and it is difficult during high season, but that’s everywhere in Crikvenica during high season. Overall, a good comfortable stay."

"We stayed at the hotel for the nights. The staff were extremely helpful and patient as we also had a wheelchair for my mother. Accessibility in and around the hotel was very good. There was three of us staying in one room and the room wasn't cramped at all. Even with the small bed pulled out, there was still space and it was very comfortable."

"Room was ok, I thought I reserved a full size bed but I found two singles. No big deal though. The carpet in the room was well worn out. Probably good time to replace it. The staff though was great, especially Igor, very nice person and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the parking was tight, very tight. I did not expect a 5 star resort when I booked, so overall 4 stars are appropriate. The best part of all was the location. Fantastic."

"Spent a lovely few days at Hotel Amabilis, it's a beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean and all the staff were so hardworking, helpful and friendly. It's in a really nice, relaxed area, with lots of cafes, bars, restaurants and some gift shops just a short walk away. Easy, secure hotel parking for our motorcycles. I would definitely return if I get the opportunity."

"I got a nice upgrade, very clean room, comfortable and a spectacular sea view. Best breakfast ever in a hotel in Croatia! Only issue we had was the room being very hot. I asked to turn the heater off, even though the room was still very hot. Set up the AC on but looks like it was not working. End up sleeping with the windows open. "

"Staff were lovely. All inclusive was great. Had a great stay. A few small areas need improvement: air con wouldn’t cool, heated towel racks don’t work, grounds overgrown - need gardener to mow lawn areas, no lighting after dark when leaving restaurant. Had to use mg torch on my phone to find my way back to my room. "
