"Overall great"

"Amazing hotel. This is my 5th stay here. Only 2 gripes were the lift not working and we wer ein the 3rd floor and it was roasting even though we had the radiators off! Will definitely be back again though. "

"Beautiful hotel - staff extremely helpful and efficient. Well appointed rooms - lovely decor and furnishings, bathrooms had plentiful toiletries and amenity kits. Cleanliness throughout. Food was fantastic in both restaurants - especially enjoyed the dinner at Sandemans. "The parking lot is small so , try to get a place by arriving not so late. We arrived very late , maybe 11pm - 12am , but SOMEONE left the key at the front desk with a note, we never saw anyone because we left the hotel very early in the morning, it was nice , we stayed at a basement room tho "
