"Breakfast starts at 8:30, and unfortunately there is nothing available for guests leaving earlier. You can’t even get a coffee before 8:30 in the hotel. The lady at reception informed me that the bars outside hotel was open, but it was closed as well. For guests with departures before 10:00 AM, this is really not practical. "Stunning location & comfortable rooms. Tip: it is better if you have your own car but there is a bus stop just outside the door. Friendly staff but disappointing there was no water or tea & coffee facilities in the rooms. Also our air conditioner wasn’t working for the first 48 hours which, during a hot spell, made one room uncomfortable."

"This hotel has the best view of Bellagio and the lake surrounding. The breakfast included has a good variety and was very tasty and fresh. The food at the restaurant was ok, beautifully plated but each dish was a hit or miss. We stayed in the larger room with the big balcony (amazing by the way) and it was clean, simple and smelled great. "The Belvedere is an older hotel that exudes quaint Italian charm. This hotel is located right on Lake Como so the view from the restaurant is beautiful. You can see the villages of Lenno, Bellagio, Nesso and others along the shoreline. The location is fantastic - literally just up the street from the ferry terminal - a walk of only 3-5 minutes.
