It was a beautiful July weekend when we visited, Temps in 70's and 80's. To our surprise the hotel had no Air Conditioning so we were advised to leave the balcony door open and place a fan there, which was not that helpful and in fact the fan was defective and needed to be propped up to stay vertical. When we checked in we had requested that our room be serviced the next day and they didn't come around until almost 3:45 in the afternoon. Past the time we needed to clean up from hiking and getting ready for dinner - very disappointing. There were no deck chairs on the balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or just to enjoy watching the ski area peacefully later in the day. TV was very fuzzy and was barely viewable in the evening.

Our stay at Elevation Hotel was enjoyable overall, with the biggest highlight being its convenient location. It made getting around and exploring the area incredibly easy. The property could certainly benefit from a few updates, but the staff was thoughtful in providing a fan since the rooms do not have air conditioning, and it definitely made the stay more comfortable. Parking was probably the biggest challenge. Spaces are limited, and the $30 nightly parking fee felt a bit steep. With a few improvements and some updates, this hotel has the potential to be an even better experience. The location alone makes it worth considering, and we appreciated the hospitality during our stay.

Front desk was very helpful and quick. Kids loved swimming and playing foosball and ping pong. The sauna is kept at 160 and very spacious. The two queen room was comfortable. The pillows have a variety of firmness options in the room. Two bathrobes in the closet. Plus a safe. The shower faucet was old and leaking. The bathroom could use more counter space instead of the stylish freestanding vanity. Not a good trade off. Mini fridge was very convenient. Room was hot but there’s a ceiling fan and box fan in the wardrobe. The TV is small and old. The bellhops were helpful and courteous. The bar tenders are great and make Shirley Temples for the kids. The elevator situation is a bit much but usually not crowded. Very low clearance in the parking garage. 6’5” Location is excellent. We walked to the Red Lady and Silver Queen lifts. Coffee and ice cream are walking distance from hotel. Definitely would Stay here again.

The rooms don’t have A/C which makes them very hot in the summer. You can open the windows/balcony at night, but sometimes the neighbors smoke and it blows into your room. The power was out for a few hours so it was hot and the fans didn’t work.

The property's location is excellent and one of its biggest strengths. It's conveniently located and made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The staff was exceptional throughout our stay. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They truly made us feel welcome and significantly improved our overall experience. The restaurant and Billy's were both outstanding, with great food, drinks, and service. Unfortunately, the accommodations did not live up to the rest of the property. The room was noticeably dated and could benefit from renovations and updated furnishings. The towels were extremely rough, which took away from the comfort of taking a shower. Parking was also a major frustration. Spaces were limited, difficult to find, and not well managed, making it inconvenient to come and go. Overall, the outstanding staff, excellent dining options, and prime location were enough to make our stay enjoyable. However, without those positives, the condition of the rooms and the parking situation would have resulted in a much lower rating. With some updates to the accommodations and improvements to parking, this property could easily provide a much better guest experience.

Pros: clean rooms, friendly staff, good water pressure in showers, on site restaurant Jose is delicious Cons: really dark dated rooms, super uncomfortable pillows, old TV with terrible reception, and high added fees. Each night you pay $30 resort fee, $30 parking fee, and for pets $35 per night. Meaning if you drive with your dog it’s an extra $95 per night They’re rebranding to the Beckwith and presumably going through renovations soon, which will be a double edged sword as it’ll look nicer, but likely be even more expensive

Third time we’ve been and each time the jacuzzi was out of order, didn’t realize there was an outside one. That would have been more enjoyable than the indoor one anyway. People were helpful, but even with the open balcony door, it was a little warm overnight. Also, different stops for different elevators was confusing for a while, at least for this old man! Thanks for an enjoyable visit to CB.

Hotel has not been updated since approximately the 1990s. The pool table is damaged, the ping pong table was damaged. The carpeting throughout was dirty. No patio furniture. The mattress on the pull-out couch had a stain. No ironing board in room and when was provided with one, the cover had large permanent ripples in it, so could not use it. Bar code to order from hotel restaurant did not work. No cable and not mentioned online or by front desk. Parking area striping was faded, leaking pipes and hanging pipe insulation on pipes. Photos online do not depict the actual condition in room or throughout hotel. Very disappointed for the price.

Apparently shoulder season means everything was closed (resturants, bars, breakfast, not even a vending machine for drinks or snacks were available). When we called front desk they said go across the street for a vending machine or take the bus down town. Seemed more like a prison than a resort. No ac in the room and had to request a box fan from front desk to handle the heat in our room. One of the elevators were stuck partially open for most of our two days without even caution tape or a sign in front of it. Spa, pool and workout room was all that was available. To bad as it's a Beautiful place. Needless to stay we cut our stay short and ate the fees and relocated. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're there during the ski season as they don't seem to cater to people during the offseason.

The property was clean, and I really enjoyed relaxing by the pool. However, I was disappointed with the service at the front desk. On the morning of check-out, we woke up to find there was no running water, which we discovered from a note slipped under the door explaining that there would be no water from 8am to 4pm. Feeling a little frustrated by this inconvenience, I approached the front desk to ask for more information and see if there was anything they could do to help. I mentioned I was frustrated and the staff members reaction was quite rude and dismissive, giving only a dead stare and asking, "Well, what are you looking for?" It made me wonder if this is the kind of customer service we should expect. While I understand emergencies can't always be avoided, a little reassurance or assistance would have gone a long way in making our stay more comfortable. Sadly, no apology or sympathy was offered for the major inconvenience of not being able to shower or use the restroom. It felt like we were treated more like an annoyance than valued guests, which was very disappointing and made for a poor experience.

Easy access to slopes, restaurant/bar and nearby bus into town for evening meals out. Enjoyed a spa treatment and a few dips in the outdoor hot tub to ear the muscles. Perfect.

Perfect location to access the lifts. We rented equipment (boots, skis, poles) downstairs at Elevate rental. We enjoyed the lobby bar and restaurants on site, too.
