The Space:

This fantastic 3-bedroom, 2-bath house sits in the coveted West End of Crested Butte, just 2 blocks from the main business district and the free town shuttle stop on Elk Ave.



Designed as an upside-down house, the top floor holds the living space to make the most of the views. Vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan flood the 2nd floor with light, anchored by a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table seating 6 plus bar seating, and a deck with a BBQ grill just off the dining nook. The living room offers a gas fireplace and TV—perfect for relaxing on the cozy sofa after a day in the backcountry.



All three bedrooms are on the first floor. The primary suite features a king bed, an ensuite bath, and a stackable washer/dryer. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third offers two twins, with both guest rooms sharing a full bath. A large mudroom completes this floor, ideal for stashing coats, boots, and shoes.



Guests can enjoy the private front and side yard areas, enclosed in summer and fall (fencing is removed in winter and early spring due to snowfall). The backyard is reserved for the family living in the accessory dwelling.



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



No smoking of any substance is allowed in or on the property.



Minimum rental age is 25. Guests under 25 are always welcome with their parent or guardian.

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.



There is one off-street parking space.



This property is not pet friendly.



The Town of Crested Butte short term rental license # is 001158.
