Located in downtown Crested Butte only two houses from the park and 2blks to free ski bus stop! It's a pleasant 5 minute walk to the heart of historic downtown Crested Butte with shops, galleries and restaurants and just two blocks away is the town shuttle pick-up Be sure to check out the Center for the Arts’ Alpenglow, a free outdoor concert series on Monday evenings during the summer, located only one block from the house.

The house has two bedrooms and one full bathroom located on the first level. Both bedrooms have queen beds.

The second floor has an open plan with the kitchen, dining, and living area where you can relax and enjoy the views of Crested Butte in all its splendor. Bamboo flooring in the living area, bedrooms and kitchen, tiled bathrooms and a unique blue stone entryway. Plus, cozy in-floor radiant heat throughout.

The second full bathroom and washer/dryer are also located on the second level. There is a loft located above the kitchen for storage of extra luggage, with pull down ladder access. There is a queen sized sofa bed in the living room plus a queen air mattress for additional guests which fits in living area or either bedroom.

The kitchen being located on the second floor allows the cook to still be part of all the fun while enjoying the scenery. Kitchen equipped with 2 under counter fridges, 1 freezer for optimum counter space, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, garbage disposal and all cookware & dinnerware.

Windows surround the upstairs living/dinning area and kitchen keeping it bright and sunny. Insulated shades throughout the house for privacy and energy efficiency. Wood burning stove is located in the living area, which has TV with Amazon Firestick, dvd player, board games and wi-fi.

Both bathrooms are tiled with in-floor heat, plush bath towels, hair dryer and extra toiletries available.

Relax on the porch with a beverage or prepare dinner on the gas grill while enjoying views of Paradise Divide, Mt. Crested Butte and Town Park.

The duplex's shared backyard is fenced and nicely landscaped with flowers and mature aspen trees, as well as a flagstone walkway & patio seating area for summertime visitors. Pet friendly...the large grassy area is perfect for our four-legged visitors!

There is off street parking in the gravel driveway as well as parking in front of the house, although a vehicle is unnecessary since everything in town is within walking distance and the shuttle (two blocks from house) will take you up to the Mt. Crested Butte base area.
