1st St, Wonderful 3 BR home in the town of CB!

Summary:

3 BR/3BA in quiet part of town close to the Nordic Center.



The Space:

This is a great home in a super quiet location in the town of Crested Butte.  The house is on an alley corner that backs up to open space.  Easy walk to the free shuttle to the mountain, the farmer's market and of course Elk Ave.  Only a block to the Nordic Center/hockey rink, this is a great house to make your home while you plan your adventures in CB.



The main floor is a great room that has 2 living spaces with multiple sitting areas with brand new couches, a fully equipped and renovated kitchen and dining area.  Also on this floor is a full bathroom with shower and a laundry room/mud room with a full sized washer and dryer.



Upstairs you will find the primary suite with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom and a small sitting area with a television.  This tv is connected to Roku.  The 2 other guest rooms on the second floor have queen beds and share a full bathroom.



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



The yard is fenced and has 2 outbuildings that are for the owners use only. Parking is on street only. 

There is also a pack n play crib in the house for guest use. A grill is not available at this property.  



Guests must be 25 years or older to rent the property but children with their legal parent or guardian are always welcome. 

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.



This property is not pet friendly.



The town of Crested Butte STR license is #008458



No events or parties are allowed.



Please note that our company does require a separate rental policy to be signed upon booking.

The town of Crested Butte is very pedestrian and bike friendly.

Property was great! Previous tenants put trash in the recycle bin and a bear got into the back yard one night. I had the pleasure of cleaning up wine bottles, used feminine products, and old food. It also frightened my family. Other than that no complaints

Great place to stay!

Would definitely stay again! Cozy setup in a quiet neighborhood. House stocked for cooking (we brought paper plates and coffee supplies). Beds were comfortable and it was very clean. Hosts responded quickly with any questions. First time to Crested Butte which is beautiful and the house was the icing on the cake! Thank you!!!

Crested Butte Vacay

We had a very nice stay. Bedrooms with baths were just what we wanted. Location is great. Loved being able to walk to town. The walkway into property needs to be repaired. Stones are broken and dangerous. You must be careful entering front door because the entry is raised and hard to see in darkness. The front porch needs a few comfortable chairs. The ones there are old and broken.

Excellent Home

3 couples stayed together for 3 nights in this well appointed home. We had everything we needed to cook all our meals together. And plenty of room for relaxing. The location was quiet and convenient for catching the shuttle bus to the ski area.

Great location in town on quiet street. I’d rent again for sure.

We went in September. Fall gorgeous in Crested Butte. Location of house is perfect for Fall.. parking right outside door . I’m not sure about Winter and ski stuff boots etc. where you put equipment etc.. I’m sure the owners have system. I’d rent again.

Mens fishing trip

Great location, nice home with all the comforts we wanted, even though we weren’t at the house much. The only issue we had was the master bath shower water was fixed on pretty hot, but I’m sure they will fix that. Would rent again.

Peak Aspens

Enjoyed our trip to see the Aspens. The space was good and location was walkable to restaurants. The decor is dated especially bedrooms. No blow dryer worked. Would have been nice to supply coffee pods or filters to make coffee. Overall, spacious living area and convenient

Annual CB getaway

we have traveled to CB for a vacation every year for many years. This is our first time in this property, but, hopefully we will be back. It was accurately represented. It was very clean and the location was great - easy to get out for a hike or just to walk to town. We plan to be back for another stay in this property.

Wedding Retreat

The property was in a great location, clean and comfortable. We were able to walk up the way for the wedding off the trail as well as down to the performing art center for the reception, downtown, etc. We are cyclists as well so riding from there was easy. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great family winter experience.

A wonderful property at a very convenient location. The Nordic center is one block away. You’re two blocks from the town center. The under floor heat and laundry room are great for longer stays. We had two recommendations for future use. The appliances are old. Especially the dishwasher that has some broken parts. The master bedroom mattress is in dire need of replacement. These two negatives didn’t reduce our fun and pleasure with our visit. I highly recommend a winter stay.

Comfy cozy home away from home!

My husband and I and our teen son and his friend stayed here the week after Christmas and had a great time! The home is perfectly tucked away from the hustle and bustle of town, but still close enough to walk to all of the shops and restaurants. The house is beautiful inside, very tastefully furnished and well cared for. You will have all of the comforts of home in this home with comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay in this home again.

Great location and property

This house was perfect for our vacation. The open layout downstairs is comfortable for cooking and spending time together (and the heated floor makes this very comfortable!) Bedrooms upstairs are great too. The location is perfect--near enough to walk to any part of the town and yet at the end of the road it's quiet and peaceful.

Wonderful house downtown Crested Butte

Property is a perfect place to stay if visiting Crested Butte! A couple blocks from the main st in downtown Created Butte. Easy walks to everything u could need! Hight recommend this place

Pretty much perfect for our getaway

The house was more than we expected, honestly. It is pretty spacious (3 BRs upstairs, roomy downstairs), plenty of room inside and out, and quite comfortable. Location is pretty much perfect too - 2 blocks from the end of Elk and walkable to any location in town. Great for our small family for our Fall getaway. Thank you!

Nice VRBO for 6 as advertised.

Lovely home just off Kebler. Modern and spacious kitchen, dining and living. Two bedrooms were roomy, one small. Perfect for us, 3 couples recreating in CB for a few days. Had to clean yard of dog doo upon arrival (we had no pets but someone before us did and left a mess). Also, front door lock stopped working and property management did not respond to “can you help?” message—improvement needed there. Regardless, this was a nice VRBO.
