The room was beautiful when we first got there the amenities and everything was amazing. The only thing that I could say is when housekeeping came to clean my room. They did not sweep the floors and they did the bare minimum.

Enjoyed the restaurant/bar. Had good food and a nice atmosphere. The rest was average. It wasn’t bad, but nothing great either. Had a nice big king bed room and a little tiny chair. Everything was clean and neat. Staff were all nice. So no complaints.

The stay was horrendous. Not only did we find a cockroach on night 1, but they placed 3 authorization holds on my account and did not indicate why. A random authorization was placed without my signature and no one knows why.
