"We never used the hot tub. We always enjoy the house. Everything was great, someone needs to check the tub plug in the master as it was not working. Good job on all the updates in there and the in-law quarters. You need to water the yard but we figured you stopped it while guest were there. Look forward to booking again soon. "The place was nice but I don't think are sheets are pillow cases were washed they were dirty and the shower we couldn't get to work and the Jacuzzi was warm the first day and cold the next day but otherwise it was cool "

"Reed was very on point with his communication and timely responses. Check-in was easy, and the property was clean, in an excellent location, and was exactly as described. The beds were super comfortable which was appreciated. Enjoyed the patio and hot tub. Excellent location for a home base to Roswell, walking to shopping in Ruidoso, white sands and for Carls Bad Caverns. We would happily stay again. It was 2 adults and our 13 yr old daughter. I was a little hesitant at first about the entrance to the basement bunk beds being an outside entrance but honestly, at night she kept her door locked although we never felt concerned or worried at all on the trip. It is very quiet and peaceful and we felt safe. She loved having a little enclave for to visit on the phone with friends and read on the porch. Thank you for a fabulous stay!"

"Hot tub was great, not super hot but just right. We thought this was a stand alone home but it’s actually a condo. The fenced in back patio helps to make you feel more secluded. Great are close to town, house had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable. We had the wrong Door code upon arrival but a quick call with the property mgmt and we were able to get in. We also couldn’t get the pilot to light in the fireplace but the maintenance guy came to light it for us. It was a great stay!"
