"We stayed here for our annual Ocean Shores girls’ trip, our 2nd year at this hotel, and the improvements under new ownership were noticeable. The lobby and breakfast area looked much nicer, and the hotel felt significantly cleaner overall, w/ the musty smell from last year gone. Parking was easy, with convenient access in the back and hallway entry to our room from either side. We stayed in a second-floor oceanfront suite with a private balcony. It included 2 queen beds, a couch, refrigerator, microwave, small table with two chairs, and possibly a coffee maker (unused). Our group of 5, 2 adults and 3 children, had plenty of space without feeling crowded. The pool and hot tub were warm and a good size. While the pool area is dated, it appeared well maintained, and we often saw staff checking chemicals. Seating is limited, however, with only 2 lounge chairs and 2 Adirondack chairs. The updated pool towel system, now picked up at the front desk, was an improvement, ensuring towels were always available. Our only consistent issue was limited housekeeping supplies, as we had to request additional toilet paper and towels twice during our 3-night stay. The complimentary breakfast was still a nice perk but more limited than last year and now ends at 9:30 a.m. Options included eggs, sausage, waffles, two cereals, coffee, and two juices (no orange juice), but fresh fruit, yogurt, bacon, and potatoes were missing. Overall, we had another great stay and would return."

"This place is an older small but well-maintained building housing several different types of units. Close to town. No front desk so entry is by code via text or email. I found the place very clean and well maintained. The room decor was very nice in the room I was in. Yes it's an older building but what a great little bargain for a nice room. I've stayed in several cheap places in Ocean Shores and this is by far one of the nicest. Will definitely stay here again,"

"This hotel offers a great smaller and quiet option in Ocean Shores with walking access to the beach, shopping, restaurants and the Events Center. The 2 Queen rooms are smaller but very clean and beds comfortable. Did not use any amenities- no comment."

"The chalet is located in a good location and within walking distance to beach. The chalet provided most everything we needed. The bed was comfortable in the loft. The stairs are steep so if you’re not good with stairs I would reconsider. The shower worked good. Thank you to the host for the snacks. The place is across from the hotel and hotel employees break area. Pet friendly place. The only recommendation to the host would be to provide a can opener and “freshen” the couch. It would also be nice to have another outlet in loft for both sides of bed."
