"What a great house for our family group of 15! There was everything we wanted: full kitchen with all the utensils and appliances, 6 large bedrooms with plenty of beds, lots of sitting areas with tvs, pool table, and areas to play games, a beautiful swimming pool and fabulous hot tub (ahh!!). We couldn’t use the firepit because of fire danger but had a nice barbecue and ate around the firepit and in the adjoining pool house.There was lots of parking and large lawn areas. We had a couple days when deer walked into the property we loved seeing them!The swamp cooler kept us all cool inside and we enjoyed the microwave popcorn provided by the host, when watching movies. We couldn’t get the tv in the basement to go online because the wifi was too weak, but the kids played their Wii with no trouble. We went to the hot springs and rodeo in Steamboat Springs, tubing and swimming in the Yampa River and some trails and golfing just a few miles away. With 6 bathrooms and plenty of towels for showers and the pool we were well set! If we had any suggestions it would be for lighter weight dishes; the large stoneware plates toppled in the dishwasher because they were so large and heavy.We would come back here again… next week, if some of us didn’t have to work! Host was great to work with and just a fantastic stay!!"
