"The kitchen needs a scissor. The bathroom sinks and tub drains don’t drain properly. The water backs up. We had to clean the pool ourselves. The dishwasher control panel is broken. It appears an effort was made to tape it on but it would not stay. So we put it in the drawer next to the dishwasher. The garage can in the back yard was full when we got here. But we took out all the bins and bags. The house was very comfortable. Very spacious go out family of 16. Would definitely rent this home again. The only issue with online booking was that there was a change in management companies. Was very stressful until we finally found our venue was secured. "

"We had a great time staying here. Our plans got changed but staying at the house was no problem there is so much to do, golfing, swimming playing pool and so much more. The house is well stocked and has many spices for cooking. The beds are comfortable. The house is very clean. The owner is extremely nice she come over so we could meet her and make sure everything was going well. We will definitely book here agian when we need to stay in Phoenix "

"We had a large group of friends/college students for spring break..it was very accommodating with everyone having their own individual spaces..the house also had SO MANY recreational things to do inside & out that there were not a lot of reasons to leave it..& was there during the extreme heat so the pool was a godsend..would highly recommend & book again!!"
