"The staff is beyond sweet, entire hotel very clean (including parking lot), breakfast is really delicious and in a decently convenient area. Great place for couples and families! "

"I just received an email that the manager is refunding our stay. Because of course you should! Manager was not on staff during my stay. This by no means excuses the lack of action by one person left in charge at the time. The Y Hotel is aged, has some ok lipstick: newer floor coverings, decent beds, and updated TVs, but still older than the pictures make it look, think 1970s with paint. The pool had a dusty film covering the water, no signs, but euuew. Day clerk was friendly and seemed like she had many responsibilities. There is nothing romantic about this place. We initially, humorously, thought it was because the walls seemed rather thick for that romantic getaway... but not thick enough for our horrific, and what felt like an endangering experience. Rather than share the details, if someone told me the scum that was checked in above us was either a crankster or child trafficker I'd be sadly not shocked. I asked the night clerk to call the police. She refused and the perpetrators left 30 min later. After 4.5 hrs of w t f disturbance that started at 1030pm. Clerk held me responsible for my very appropriate foul language. pick somewhere else.... beds were comfortable....wish I slept. bfast was suprisingly decent! I will wonder for years about the children. I'm sorry I didn't do more."

"You advertise a full kitchen but don’t provide anything for it. No glassware, plates, utensils, bowls or pans. I travel extensively and rely on Marriott or Hilton properties that supply those items at their hotels that offer kitchen or kitchenette amenities. I won’t be staying at My Place properties in the future"

"Staff were great!! I stayed there to attend a family event and my son and I slept comfortably the only thing was u need a charging box not updated. The curtains were not blackout so people from the road could see in and light came through in the morning. Other than that it was a good stay"

"Stayed for the 24hr access to the hot tub for adults but it was Luke warm. Then showers get hotter than the hot tub. Water was pretty murkey on both pool and hot tub. Other than that a fine stay. Great breakfast."
