The rooms could've been cleaner. An empty orange soda can was sticking from under the couch, looked like a small child may have left hand prints/smears on bathroom door frame after eating possibly. The staff was amazing, the common area were spotless, breakfast was great especially the warm cinnamon rolls and coffee. We were always greeted and asked if we needed anything. Overall nice place to stay when in town.

HI is the best option in this community. Staff was pleasant, breakfast bar was adequate and probided a good selection each morning. Room was clean, water pressure was superb in the shower, and the bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

The staff was very helpful and even dried my laundry when the guest dryer was out of order The breakfast buffet was awesome, some watermelon, strawberries or other fresh fruit would be extremely awesome The pool was clean and relaxing This will be my GO TO HOTEL when I travel to Memphis 😎😎😎

Check in was fast & friendly! Rooms were nice & clean! Breakfast was great! Pool was clean but cold so I was not able to utilize the pool! Jacuzzi tub in room was perfect fit for 2 people! Would definitely book again just wish the indoor pool was warm!

Descent hotel, convenient to my job site. The lady who was at the desk the night I checked in was super friendly and very helpful. Overall I had a great stay. There were some issues with the door handles being broken off some exterior doors.

Grandsons for the weekend

I went to Tennessee to help with my son and daughter in law with my 3 grandsons because my son and daughter in law was sick. I got my grandsons and took them to the hotel - pool was closed for renovations. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was over the top!!!! Anything there you could think of and it was delicious!!! Carol was in the lobby and I told her about why I was there and that my grandsons we upset because they couldn’t swim. She invited us back and was so nice.

Loved black out shade as I sleep in a darker room at home. Property was clean and well kept. Staff very friendly and helpful. Refrigerator actually kept contend cold. Loved the Dove products in bathroom. Smell from toilet after use remained for about 2 hours. Has vent in bathroom but no fan so no circulation to clear the air.

We stayed 4 nights. Our room was good overall. Service wasn’t great. Lamp bulbs burned out - no light coming from it. Husband asked for bulbs at desk - told we’d have to wait until morning. Husband took bulbs from hall lights - problem solved. Room was never adequately “refreshed”. We asked 3 days out of 4 to have room refreshed. One day trash was taken out Period. Every time we went thru lobby there were 4 - 6 young women just hanging out ( with desk clerk). Lots of traffic up & down on elevator. Just felt like more was going on than just running the hotel.

Shower curtain reeked of mildew and made it extremely unpleasant to shower. It was also dirty. The cleaning staff however went above and beyond to keep our room tidy and towels replenished daily. The gentleman (Jimmy I believe) who took care of our room was above and beyond helpful and friendly. He and the front desk clerk (I forgot his name) helped my handicapped sister when she fell getting into her truck. They should be commended for their quick response and willingness to jump right in and help her up! Thank you so much to them both from the bottom of our hearts!
