We had a great time at this resort. Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly, service is great! The resort is beautiful with lots of green area, beach was clean, water beautiful turquoise. I enjoyed having palms on the beach instead of umbrellas. Food was delicious, variety is great even for picky eaters. Highly recommended!

The overall experience of the RIU PALACE COSTA MUJERES ALL-INCLUSIVE RESORT. Check-in was easy. The room was clean and spacious beautiful pool, beautiful grounds and well kept all the restaurants are exceptionally great. Iā€™m checking in the groundskeepers, housekeeping, pool staff restaurants and servers is tremendous stellar. I would recommend this resort to anyone that is looking for a great experience in grand vacation.

We've stayed at the sister resort next door in the past and while we really enjoyed that visit as well, this one seemed a step up. The ocean front suites had prime views, always cleaned and immaculate, but the resort is large so be prepared to do a little walking. All staff we interacted with always had a helpful smile. Food was good, the buffet always had plentiful options that rotated frequently enough to always try something new.

The room was clean ,stocked, and the showers were amazing. Loved the beach access. Bed was hard and caused me to wake up painful. Many of the staff provided inaccurate information on locations on the property, like the spa and certain restaurants. Food was tasty but most of the entrees were lukewarm.

Hotel is nice and nice selection of alcohol for all inclusive, much better than expected especially compared to other all inclusives Iā€™ve stayed at. There were far more children than I expected especially babies and toddlers. I think the bed was the worst. There were so many springs in the bed that after 4 days I have the worst backache.

Clean rooms, property was immaculate. The salt water pools were amazing. The only comcern, was we were in what I assume were the budget rooms, on the lowest level, and the noise was so loud each morning-early- when people rolled bags up and down the tiled halls- we were up by 6:30- need soundproofing from halls! Everything 3lse was great!

Groundskeepers keeps the grounds manicured The staff is constantly cleaning the walkways, the rooms, common areas and the staff is always there to help you. RIU PALACE COSTA MUJERES IS IMMACULATE!. The servers in the dining areas as well as the pool area are always there to help you I would recommend this to anyone that wants a great rememberable vacation
