Overall the house was clean except for a lot of dust covered areas, including part of the wall where the deer head is mounted. Secondly, the window A/C on the second floor is dated and doesn't cool the second floor much. The second floor get hot and make it uncomfortable during the evening and part of the night.Thankfully, the weather was cool which is helped. Second floor A/C should be replaced and maybe have a ceiling fan installed near the loft. Mini Split is in needs some maintenance as well. Otherwise, the property is pleasant and the landscaping was fitting to the area. We enjoyed our stay.

No working heat. No working fireplace.

I stayed at the cabin for 2 nights a couple weeks ago. I messaged Evolve a few times about neither the heat/AC working, and the fireplace not working. It has been 11 days now and they still have not returned any of my emails. Luckily I found a small space heater in the bedroom closet. Otherwise I would not have been able to stay in the cabin as it would have been far too cold. All in all, will not be booking with Evolve Properties again as their customer service is obviously horrendous and their properties are not as advertised. Plenty of other cabins to stay in around the area.
