"This was a last minute book for us. We stayed for one night. We definitely will come back and come more prepared. The best part was the fire pit and we were able to purchase the wood and everything to start the fire up with the property. They were very nice. Comfortable beds and had a great night."

"This is a very nicely appointed home. The extra sleeping area is next to the main bedroom (you have to go through the smaller room to get to the master). The location is next to a gas station/Dunkin which is convenient but we did hear trucks early n the morning. The apartment is stand alone with garages off to the side. Extra touches included snacks/ water/ tea and coffee/ hand cream. The only issue I had wan s that a $1500 security deposit was taken automatically if you did not opt to pay $59...

"This is a little slice of heaven. Owned by a kind and lively woman who turned a kids camp into a great rustic spot to chill. Good vibes all around, very accomodating. Offers everything you want with your stay, so call or email ahead. Check out her website before booking for extra info."

"Very nice, clean and comfortable "pod" with lantern and night table. Private and very quiet. We really appreciated the shower facility. Conveniently close to Ithaca/Cornell U. Ethay was super responsive and helpful when we approached from a road we were unfamiliar with."

"It was ran by very nice people and the cabin was cleaning immaculate I could not ask for more I will definitely go back and sit in again"

"We had so much fun staying in Meadow Vole. It was the perfect spot for my 8 year-old and me to stay while visiting friends in Ithaca. We loved the setting, the convenience of the cabin, and my daughter was especially taken with Eshay's Red Eft Cafe in the pavilion and the pancake breakfast. We hope to return next year!"

"Loved it. Would highly recommend."

"The property was amazing. My husband and I had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary. All of the animals on the farm were such a unique part of the experience. The bed and sheets were so comfortable. The outdoor shower was probably one of my favorite parts! What a beautiful countryside and amazing host!!"
