Great family vacation

The place was cozy, clean and cool upon arrival. We were able to check in early with a small fee. My kids loved staying on the bunk beds and the kiddie pool was the perfect depth for them. The location was a short walk to the beach but we chose to drive because we had a lot to set up. Our overall stay was pleasant. Would book again

Annual family beach trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay at the village by the beach. This was our 6th stay at this complex and first in this unit. We didn’t have internet when we arrived so Padre escapes sent out spectrum the next day to correct it. Several light bulbs were out in the bathroom making it difficult to see. Maintenance had to come in to replace since they were “special bulbs”. Then we got notified pest control would need access to the unit to do a routine spray. We declined to let them in while we were in the unit since we already had a spectrum guy and a maintenance guy in our unit during our 3 night stay. Great stay just got a little aggravated with all the unexpected visitors.

This house was easy to find and check in! It was perfect for our family getaway! The amenities were nice, the pools did get a bit rowdy (the pool key was not needed to get in). All in all we would stay here again.

The location was absolutely perfect! Situated just a few blocks from the beach, it offered easy access to the golden sands and stunning sunsets every evening. The rental itself was a cozy, modern home with an open layout, making it feel spacious and inviting. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living area had large windows that let in lots of natural light and offered fantastic views of the surrounding area.

Weekend get away place

Clean, comfortable, easy access to the beach, the pools and playground were within easy walking distance even for my 7 month pregnant wife. With the exception of the bearable odor(that smelled of either stale cigarette smoke or some kind of moldy smell in the clothes washer) in the unit everything else was great. The smell wasn't so bad though to say that we would not use the same unit again for another trip. The power outlets in the kitchen did not work when we tried to make coffee and breakfast the first morning but after placing a short call to the property management team, maintenance was there within 10 min to fix the issue and while they were there they fixed the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Overall, great place and we would go back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family absolutely loved this condo. It was even bigger than the pictures show. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The location was great, super close to the beach. Everything was incredibly clean.The only feedback I can come up with is it would’ve been nice to have the check-in information sooner as we were getting pretty stressed about not receiving that until right before. Also would’ve appreciated the refrigerator to be cooler for Our groceries We showed up with. It seemed to have been unplugged, Most likely for cleaning, but was not ready for a bunch of food. Thankful for the maintenance that came quick to check it out.Would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend it!

This property is very clean! My 6 year old and almost 3 year old loved the pools, splash pad and playground. The king bed was comfortable and my son loved the bunk bed. The water pressure in shower is amazing. It is very close to the beach!

Beach Rental Basic but Clean

Good location about a block from the beach (we didn’t make the walk but seemed easy. Access to a decent pool. Negatives-the beds were not comfortable unless you are accustomed to sleeping on a rock. It could use a deep cleaning.

Quick Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was perfect, it was exactly as described, it was clean, and maintained, it looked just like the pictures. There was six of us and the open layout made us feel like it was perfect and enough room, not crowded, we all slept comfortable, all beds were comfy. The kitchen was nice to have we had everything we needed, the only issue was the fridge didn’t seem to stay cold if you were opening it several times which we did, but not that big of an issue. We loved the pool and used it every day, surprisingly it wasn’t to crowded so that was great! The location was also a plus not to far from the beach and close to stores and food. Communication was also a plus with management. I’m ready to book again soon. We were sad it came to an end. Till next time thank you Padre Escapes!

Everything was as expected.

Clean, and as pictures indicated. Not a lot of extras; minimal kitchen supplies. And don't plan on sleeping on the couch. Not comfortable at all, but the bed was fine.
