Great experience ! Just a 5 min walk away from the beach . It’s not super fancy, but it is very affordable and it gets the job done ! If you’re looking for a cheap hotel that is close to North Beach and isn’t completely dirty and trash. This is a good option because it’s lower in price and they have decent rooms. The bedding is clean. The restroom was clean and the room also was clean. The area is kind of sketchy at night, but as long as you lock your doors and stay in your room, staff is very nice and attentive

For an older motel, it is directly a 1 minute walk to the beach, 5 feet from an excellent Restaurant/Coctail lounge, 1 minute walk to several other nice restaurants/coctail lounges and the US 181 Freeway is in it's front yard. Such a good value and the friendliest management. I always stay there when I travel to North Beach, Corpus Christi, Texas.

That is run by a family. And they are very hospitable and despite my demanding nature they have been very good to us. We are going through a horrible time in our life where our families are against us being together but also his ex wife and my ex husband stole and transfered my property invan afluent neighborhood here In town. But also I have found that people or for whatever reason are treating us badly and I don't even know why. I am not rich. I made my own money by buying stock and for that they wanted to take everything from me. But to the extreme. Seems to me that Ill never get relief as long as there are multiple people against me. I have a string faith. But I refery to inform that my faith is losing.

This property is walking distance to the beach, the aquarium and the best restaurant is next door and the staff is friendly, courteous and professional, also the affordability of this property is a bonus !!!

The rooms are generally clean, however I don't think they are clean enough. They had a very strong smell and it doesn't seem like they clean the surroundings. The bathrooms need maintenance, but the caretaker's service was good, fast, and very attentive.

The staff were nice, but the overall condition was poor. Some man kept knocking on the room myself and my daughters were in after midnight and my husband ended up having to address the person. We ended up leaving around 2am to just go home. It’s a good deal if you just want a cheap room and are willing to put up with the random BS. Super close to the beach.

Not quiet at all!

The mattress wasn't super comfortable, but that's not uncommon. The room was very clean and everybody was friendly. The setup of the hotel however was the problem. On the first floor you're above the parking area so you hear every car that pulls in underneath you, and below the top floor so you hear your upstairs neighbors. Being so close to the beach they didn't have carpeted floors they had vinyl floors, so while the upstairs neighbors wandered back and forth in their room for multiple hours in hard heeled shoes, we got to listen to all of it and anytime they put anything down it sounded like they slammed it.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! The area is good. With that being said the rooms are dated and smell they ask about pets as if your not suppose to have them but yet ended up having a few flea bites.In the bathroom, towels were dirty and stained with urine stains and didn’t supply but 2 towels for a 3 day stay also no toilet paper. Had pressure washer guy and spray water into our room. They also have something against military as they’re very presumptive and yell at you no smoking meanwhile you smell cigarette smoke all day and night so go figure.
