"Staff were lovely especially the the bell hopper who was a really welcome relief in the summer heat with his glass of chilled water. Thank you. The only complaint was that the triple room that we had was slightly on the small size, but it must be said we had our best sleep with the curtain blackout blinds."

"The hotel is very well located, and the rooftop is absolutely spectacular, with a gorgeous view that is definitely one of the highlights of the property. Unfortunately, the rooms were a major disappointment. They feel very outdated and in need of renovation, with old-looking décor and horrible curtains that really take away from the overall experience. The bathroom was also in poor condition, with visible mold, to the point that I did not feel comfortable showering without wearing flip-flops. It is a shame because the location is excellent and the rooftop is truly beautiful, but the rooms and bathrooms definitely need a serious update and much better maintenance."

"There were blackout shutters on the window which would have been handy if it was noisy outside. As it was there was a lot of noise internally, I could hear every door open on the floor, but I couldn’t hear other noise - tv, people talking, etc… Room was clean, minibar stocked with water (charge), tv was nice and big, bathroom stocked with goods. Bed was comfortable. I would stay here again."
