"I’m 75 years old and I’ve been using Expedia for years. I’ve been staying at roadside hotels for even longer. I don’t think I’ve ever had a more difficult check-in experience. I stood at at the counter for 45 minutes trying to get a room. I was told my reservation didn’t come through so I went on to Expedia and secured a reservation. I ended up paying for two reservations because the staff didn’t realize what they were doing. I called Hilton corporate to try to get help to get my refund. They...

"The staff is fabulous!!! Especially the manager Michelle. The one elevator is having problems, which is difficult because I like to stay on the top floor due to working nights when I need to stay there. The pool is lovely. The breakfast is great except they always have sausage &?it would be nice if they sometimes had bacon. Rooms are very clean and overall I give them a strong 8/10."

"VERY, very basic. I thought the bed was gonna break. There was an outlet right over the headboard that was being pulled so tight that the item plugged into it was pulling it sideways and out of the wall. Looked dangerous. The floor slanted and felt hollow underneath. The towels did not smell clean."

"Accueil désagréable, entrée, réception et chambre très mal propre. Odeur épouvantable corridor et chambre. Draps et couvertures mal propres. Rideaux de douche et fenêtres défait. Toiles d’araignées dans la chambre, miroir bariolé. Pas de verre ( même plastique) pour se brosser les dents. Brûlures de cigarettes dans les draps. Expérience horrible."
