Hotel is pretty. Would’ve preferred more than one drawer in the rooms. Requested for housekeeping via the website and didn’t receive it. After we notified the front desk, they responded promptly. Dinner was great. Service was phenomenal.

Normally I enjoy stays at this hotel but this visit was a disaster. First the room was insanely hot all the time with no ability to turn down the temp. Cracking the window in negative degrees just meant the room got extremely cold while sleeping. Secondly, there was some pipe or other knocking noise ...
