Værelset var meget lille, den ene knagerække faldt ned, den ene persienne virkede ikke og døren kunne ikke åbnes helt, da den skrabede imod gulvet. Der manglede en gummiliste på brusekabinen, så der kom ret meget vand på gulvet, når man var i bad. Kælderskakten lugtede meget af kloak og det hele var slidt og trængte til at blive vedligeholdt. Der var ok rent, men det var ikke pengene værd. Det eneste positive var at det var tæt på metroen og bageren lige ved siden af er god.
