"Property in general is good for the price, clean rooms, breakfast is not included but Las Ventanas offers a great breakfast buffet not so expensive, parking is included and wich is good also...staff was kind and helpfull when needed"

Pero si ya esta wn malas condiciones solo 1 elevador funcionando muy dificil subirby bajar las escaleras no estan accesibles . El personal suuuper amable. Cuenta con un estacionamiento a un lado que es publico. Cortesia del hotel. "

"The bar was ok clean and well attended, the restaurant was luxurious and the food was good. The room i stayed un smelled kinda mushy nothing horrible but smelled like pool water. Some receptionist at the front desk seemed to get paid to put a long face while they attended you. The pool had to be constantly cleaned due to the palm trees and dead bugs."
