"Check-in clerk never told me there were two separate buildings, and that the pool was in the building I wasn't in. Only told me pool was on the second floor, so I wandered around looking for it in my building. One elevator was out the entire time I was there, so it created a pile up at the other elevator, and even though staff knew that, it took them 12 hours to put a sign up."

"I thought I was prepared after reading the reviews. It was small and noisy but I could deal with that for the price. What the reviews didn't prepare me for was how completely awful the beds are. The mattresses are so old and worn out I couldn't sleep. Ended up leaving and booking another hotel for the last night of my trip just so I could get some rest."

"This is a great little place to stay in the Castro. My friend and I stayed for 1 night for a concert, and it was a great location and very comfortable bed!!!!! Slightly noisy being right on Market street but honestly wasn’t terrible. Highly recommend ! "
