"The outside isn't pretty, but don't let that influence you. The room is excellent. It was nice to have cold water in the fridge and a piece of chocolate in the room upon arrival- nice treat, no charge.
We found the bed a little hard and the room warm. The staff brought us a fan so sleeping was much better."
"Such lack of amenities like tissues, proper shampoo and conditioner. No biscuits for tea and coffee, no chance of parking availability. The whole hotel looks like it needs a complete refresh and there is a huge garbage skip at the front of the hotel. Very poor."
