The Compound
Agua Bonita is a 3 acre, gated family compound that sleeps 28, with 7 bedrooms, 6 full baths & outdoor shower. The poolside house is Casa Grande, with 3 large bedrooms and 3 baths. Casita Bonita is a romantic 1bed/1bath luxury oasis w/ vaulted ceilings & french doors that overlook the pool, waterfall and skyline. The Honey Hut is a 1 bed/1 bath white washed oasis with French doors, plantation shutters and large window overlooking mature trees and distant mountain top view. Buck-a-Roo has 2 bedrooms, both have their own living room and one bath, vaulted ceiling, Saltillo tile and a 2nd kitchen.
3 Living Rooms
Three laid back living rooms have large, comfy leather sofas & smart TV's while Casa Grande has a cantera stone wood burning fireplace. A whiskey barrel & cedar tree posts provide fun living room accents. Poolside lounge has a large semi-circular rattan sofa with white Tahitian cotton cushions.
2 Kitchens
Chefs will love the stainless gas stove & appliances. Casa Grande and Buck-a-Roo both have easy flow kitchen's that are fully equipped, while overall there are 4 refrigerators. Well stocked with everything you need to prepare family sized meals. Big utility room off Casa Grande’s kitchen has a 2nd refrigerator & commercial grade washer/dryer.
5 Dining Areas
Lots of dining tables provide seating options for all 28 of your family. Casa Grande and Buck-a-Room both have indoor dining rooms with custom dining tables. Outside there are 3 additional outdoor dining tables ~ 2 poolside~ perfect for al fresco dining!
Bedrooms
All bedrooms are large, spacious & private with upscale furniture. Three bedrooms open directly to the poolside entertainment area and all bedrooms have French doors leading to outside entertainment areas.
Casa Grande - Poolside Master Bedroom 1
Only 3 steps to dive into the aqua marine swimming pool, then return to your private oasis. Each morning awaken to tropical flowers outside the french doors of the romantic Master Bedroom. Custom King size bed, armoire, chic accents and upscale bedding all from Mexico. Ensuite bath has double sinks, large walk-in shower w/ 3 shower heads & bench seat. Midnight swim anyone?
Casa Grande - Poolside Bedroom 2
Very large private family retreat w/ custom queen bed, (2) twin bunk beds & views of the pool from the bed. Just 3 steps from your bedroom to dive into the crystal clear deep water pool. Lay in bed listening to the waterfall, or enjoy relaxing on your own poolside lounge chairs.
Casa Grande - Bunk Room Bedroom 3
Cool, moody lighting in the bunk room, w/ (2) sets twin bunk beds & (2) twin beds. Pretty white tile bathroom w/ wall niches & shower bench seat.
Casita Bonita - Bedroom 4
Romance awaits those who sleep in this luxurious oasis with a sublime view of pool, waterfall and night sky! There's (2) outdoor lounge chairs just for you. Upscale decor, vaulted ceiling & sophisticated furnishings. Spa-like bathroom w/ vessel sinks, stone counters & extra large walk-in tile shower for two.
Honey Hut - Bedroom 5
Step thru French doors into a romantic, private, white-washed oasis that overlooks the distant mountain and mature trees through a Texas size large window. This cozy get away has a King bed, vaulted ceilings & wood floors with ensuite bath room. There's also a twin bunkbed tucked into an alcove.
Buck-A-Roo - Bedroom 6 & 7
This vaquero-themed retreat has the 2nd kitchen with Saltillo tile floors and vaulted ceiling. There are (4) sets of French doors and 2 covered porches off each bedroom. Comfy outdoor furniture and lots of romantic night time lighting. Both private bedrooms have King beds and a twin bunkbed. Each are spacious, have vaulted ceilings and have their own lounge area. The full bathroom has a tile shower & Saltillo floors.
Super large front yard has circular driveway for all your trucks, trailers & tubes. Volleyball, corn hole, tether ball, bocce, horse shoes, darts, bike, fire pit, hammock & wooden swings throughout the property. 5 minute walk 2 Frio River.
