Welcome upon arrival and property inspection upon departure. A security deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of your stay is due upon arrival (by check or cash) to the on-site representative.

In the event of dirt, damage, or deterioration to the vacation rental (interior or exterior) during your stay, or if the property is not cleaned upon your departure, additional fees may be deducted from the security deposit (up to the full amount).
Rental period runs from Saturday (check-in after 5:00 p.m.) to Saturday (check-out before 10:00 a.m.).
