"Habitación 318, sin muebles. Yo reserve una habitación de lujo. Y no me cumplieron. Tampoco me resolvieron nada cuando reclamé con la recepcionista."

"Thank you"

"La habitación tenía cucarachas la número 104,el desayuno. Ala s8 30 de la mañana aya no había bisquets ni huevo y ya no quisieron poner mas"

"Muy deteriorado y el cuarto tenía un olor horrible, la verdad daba asco y estuve a punto de salirme y dejar el hotel"

"I’ve been using Expedia for years, and this has been, by far, the worst hotel stay of my life. I arrived at midnight, and there was no one at the front desk. After waiting for half an hour, the receptionist finally showed up, was incredibly rude, and told us they no longer had any rooms available with the king-size bed I had reserved. But that wasn’t even the worst part. The room was beyond disgusting. The bathtub was full of dirt, and everything looked neglected, run-down, and poorly...

"Mala organización nos dieron una habitación que estaba ocupada y nos resolvieron ya en la madrugada"

"Wanda is an absolute gem of a person and an excellent cook. The room was comfortable and I really enjoyed having my own personal a/c unit. Location was extremely convenient with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. If I’m ever in the area again this is where I will be staying."

"It was very spacious and comfortable."

"The hotel was very clean and nice however the room cleaning every other day should be changed to every day. When you leave your room to go enjoy your day you don’t want to return to a dirty room with used towels , trash and an un- made bed. Other than that our stay was great. Staff was very friendly, nice and pleasant."

"Electric curtain did not work on one window. Shower water pressure was really bad! Staff, room size and cleanliness, valet service, and restaurant were great!"

"The staff was great and the Hotel was very clean."

"Everything was great. The only thing I would loke is for the hotel to have available coffee all the time."

"Stayed here for two weeks on business and it went without a hitch. I had a colleague who selected to stay at an Air B&B and they weren’t nearly as happy with their choice. The hotel has everything you could possibly need for convenience and ease. My one and only complaint … please upgrade your tv remotes. Awfully bulky and slow BUT… 10/10, would stay here again."
