"We stayed for four nights. Hot shower water was non existent on some days. We got locked out of our room because the batteries died in the door lock. Staff on duty were not able to fix it. We had to wait an hour for someone else to show up and repair the lock. Pool was closed the entire stay. "

"Absolutely excellent hotel. Staff was amazing, entire place was clean, the room was very nice, bed was super comfortable and breakfast was hot and tasty. I work for a privately owned Inn so I'm very keen at finding imperfections, there was not one thing worth mentioning. Totally blown away by this little gem of a hotel! Literally not willing to stay anywhere else in Columbus from now on LOL. Thank you all so much for maintaining such high standards, it made our night here much more relaxing and enjoyable!!"

"Quiet, easy access, friendly staff. Breakfast (Saturday) was very good & the area was clean. Would stay again. We always look for breakfast reviews & they had the following (what I can remember): Biscuits, sausage gravy, sausage, eggs, oatmeal, cereal, cinnamon rolls, eggs, several coffee varieties, juices, bagels etc. "

"NEVER STAY HERE. AS SOON AS I CHEKED IN THERE WAS NOONE AT THE FRONT DESK. THERE WAS A PHONE NUMBER LISTED TO CALL FOR ASSISTANCE. I CALLED AND SOMEONE CAME AND CHECKED ME IN. THEY GAVE ME THE ROOM WHICH WAS DIRTY. SO I WENT AT THE FRONT DESK AND COMPLAINED. THEN HE CHECKED AND GAVE ME NEW ROOM. WIFI IS LIKE NEVER EXISTED. ITS WAS VERY HARD TO USE INTERNET. I WAS CONNECTED THE NEXT DAY BUT THE PAGE TOOK FOREVER TO OPEN. WIFI WAS LIKE NON EXISTANT.THERE IS NO WIFI AT ALL.YOU JUST HAVE TO STRUGGLE ALL THE TIME FOR CONNECTION. BREAKFAST SERVED FROM 6 AM TO 9 AM, I WENT AT LIKE 7:30 AM BUT IT WAS CLOSED. NOT EVEN COFFEE WAS AVAILABLE. AGAIN WN I WENT TO FRONT DESK NOONE WAS PRESENT. NEVER SEEN ANYONE AT THE FRONT DESK IN MY ENITRE STAY. ONCE I CALLED THE NUMBER LISTED AT THE FRONT DESK FOR CHANGE FOR VENDING MACHINE. HE DINT HELP ME AND DISCONNECTED MY CALL. ROOM WAS LIKE NOT CLEANED WELL. WILL SUGGEST NEVER STAY AT THIS SUPER8 LOCATION. WASTE OF MONEY. I JUST GAVE 1 STAR, WHICH WOULD BE LIKE A TROPHY FOR THEM. VERY VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. NOONE CARED."
