The property is very well located. It is surrounded by lots of restaurants and stores. It is set back from the street and the sign is pretty small, so you have to pay attention. Upon arrival, we entered the lobby, and noone was there. We waited for a few minutes and called out, to no avail. We looked around for someone then waited a little longer, thinking that maybe the attendant went to the bathroom or something. A few minutes after that, a young man and young lady walked through the door. The young man had on a Springhill name tag and asked us if we were there to check in. We had actually seen the two of them standing outside when we pulled into the lot but didn't realize that he was an employee.
Our room was spacious. The only complaint with the layout is that the bed is a little too close to the dividing wall.
The bathroom was spacious as well. Everything was fine with the exception that the shower head couldn't be adjusted from the massage setting.
Overall, the hotel is nice enough. It looks like it has been recently updated and it is in a great location. Some outdoor seating would be nice though.
