Hotel is not the hotel in the pictures or hotel listed by name! It’s a cohort inn that’s being “renovated”. Property is in complete disrepair. Had pictures been accurate I’d never have booked it! Rooms were filthy, entire property was filthy. Building and lobby are totally different than in pictures.

nous sommes arrivés dans un hôtel en pleine rénovation avec des ouvriers sur place et l'environnement était très insalubre. La réceptionniste a accepté d'annuler notre réservation sans hésitation. Nous avons finalement pris une nuitée juste pour nous habiller rapidement et nous rendre au mariage pour lequel nous étions à Columbus. Les réceptionnistes sont serviables et à l'écoute Nous aurions apprécié qu'il soit mentionné sur le site de réservation que l'hôtel était en travaux. .
