This is a nice home in a wonderful part of town that maximizes its space to deliver ample accommodation for larger sized families without feeling cramped. It’s the kind of vacation property where you can stay in and not be bored. There’s plenty of space to unwind and relax, both indoors and out (the running creek on the property’s edge was zen-like!)And its proximity to area points of interest is the icing on the cake.

The host was lovely. Gave us tips for our next location. The house was charming and everyone had their own space to get away from the group. The creek and the little sitting space are peaceful. Would love to come back again.

The place is beautiful and well-maintained. I just wish that I had understood that only 9 people can set foot on the property. We were there for a family reunion with 29 people from 6 different states and had to find another location at the last minute for our dinners.

What a great house. Our family enjoyed our stay here a lot. The house was very clean and just in a really cool location with the stream on the side. Our kids loved seeing deer one morning, too. If we make our way back to Colorado Springs we will definitely be trying to stay here again. I can’t say enough about how much our family liked the house.

Great property for a group

Fantastic stay at this beautiful and unique property. A group of colleagues stayed for a conference at the Broadmoor and I appreciated how isolated the bedrooms felt from each other, allowing for more privacy than expected. Would definitely stay again!

Can’t express how amazing this place is. We travelled to the area with extended family and the property comfortably fit all ten of us. Each room is special and unique and the shared common spaces ate equally inviting. Would love to return in the summer to fully enjoy the outdoor space near the running creek. Amazing experience overall and extra shout to our host for checking in and making sure everything was running smoothly.

We had a wonderful stay! We were close to so many of the areas attractions. The creek running through the property was my favorite thing. You could sit anywhere outside and listen to it. Caren was very accommodating when we asked for an early entry and responded quickly to any questions. I highly recommend staying here!

Creekside Dream

This home FAR exceeds the listing and Caren was fabulous to work with. We were there for a wedding at the Broadmoor and we couldn’t have picked a better home to stay in. Everyone in our group loved it! We can’t recommend it enough and would definitely stay there again

Delightful

Everything about our stay was delightful! The house and grounds were perfect. Our family was all together for a wedding weekend at the Broadmoor. It was so nice to come back home after a long day and spend time in the hot tub. The matching plaid robes were an added perk.

Stay for USAFA graduation

We stayed over the week of USAFA graduation and it was a perfect retreat for our family from the craziness of all the graduation activities. We really appreciated the long table off the kitchen which was able to seat all 8 of us, plus three other guests for dinner who weren’t staying there with us. The beds were especially comfortable! The outdoor space in the backyard is really great and the host was very friendly and communicative throughout our stay!

Annual Family Reunion

Every summer we meet our daughter and her family along with our son and his family in an interesting, exciting and entertaining location We were not disappointed with our stay on Stratton. The 2nd floor bunkhouse was perfect for our 4 grandchildren and the 3 bedrooms plus the Yurt was great and comfortable. Location was very convenient to our intended destinations. Our host was very responsive to our few questions. If you intend to visit Colorado Springs this would be a great place to stay.
