Adventure through historic Old Colorado City, known for its souvenir shops, hidden gem food spots & many seasonal events - or - take the kids to the neighborhood park which is only 1 block away.
Relax after a long day adventuring through the mountains in an oversized walk in shower with a rainfall shower head - or - dim the lights & take a relaxing bath in a serene freestanding soaking tub with candles, epsom salt & luxury robe to wrap yourself in when you’re finished.
There is a fully landscaped backyard w/ a hot tub & fire pit w/ 8 adirondack chairs for you & your guests to enjoy! The cover is equipped w/ locks to make sure your little ones stay safe. You will receive the hot tub rules to acknowledge for your safety at the time of check-in. (** If the hot tub water needs drained from a previous guest, there are no guarantees it will be ready & operational for your stay. This is a time consuming & unpredictable circumstance & refunds will not be given if the hot tub is out of order for your stay.)
Curl up on the couch, turn on the fireplace & catch up on Netflix with the 55 inch Roku TV. Have a game night with the several board & card games in the pantry - or - EAT, SLEEP, GAME & REPEAT with the PS4 that has interactive gaming lights (back of TV) in the loft. (There is also a memory foam futon that folds out to a full bed for extra guests).
