scam listing, host phone number is deactivated google voice

scam listing, we cancelled our booking 11 days prior to travel and instead of processing the cancellation the host ignored all contact from us and proceeded to bill and send automated messages unrelated to any of the questions we asked, and finally realized it is a fraudulent listing and complete scam when the number they gave vrbo to contact the host goes to a now disconnected google voice account. avoid this listing and any others by this host.
