This is the most unique vacation rental home you will experience nestled in the historic Broadmoor neighborhood. This charming, warm, and welcoming 5800 square foot home and the beautiful english gardens and grounds create a calming atmosphere that will be appreciated by all my guests who are searching for something truly exceptional here in the Broadmoor area. If spending quality time having fun with family and friends in the comfort and beauty of Colorado is what you’re looking for, then, this is the perfect spot! This elegant historical home is a stones throw from the 5-Star Broadmoor Hotel.

Nothing has been spared to assure that our guests will have a vacation to remember, from a level of history and décor throughout the home that will satisfy the most cultivated tastes, from the antiques, to the comfortable family room, to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

This Belle Cottage in the Broadmoor, has a master bedroom looking over the English gardens as well as an amazing balcony. The upscale
ensuite bath, including a wonderful clawfoot tub.

If you are planning to attend a function at the Broadmoor, this location is ideal for you with a one mile walk to its back entrance. In your downtime or when the rest of the family wants something fun to do there are loads of Activities at the Broadmoor that includes everything from the familiar (walking trails) to the unusual (falconry):

—Horseback riding

—Seven Falls Trails

—Broadmoor Soaring Adventure (Ziplining at Seven Falls)

—The Broadmoor Spa

—26 specialty retail shops, many dining options, bowling and more, just down the street.

Other Area Attractions:

—Cheyenne Mountain Zoo (which also includes the Will Rodgers Shrine): 20 minute walk/3 minute drive.

—The USAF Academy: 20 min from the south gate.

—Fort Carson Army Base: 15 minutes

—Colorado College: 15 minutes

—UCCS: 20 minutes

—US Olympic Training Center: 20 minutes

—Incline in Manitou Springs: 9 miles away. Hike up 2,000 feet in 1.01 miles. Stroll back down on Barr Trail.

—Garden of the Gods Park: Soak in the views of Garden of the Gods from the deck or hike through it just 8 miles away. Visit towering sandstone rock formations against a backdrop of snow-capped Pikes Peak and brilliant blue skies.

—Hot Air Balloon rides with Adventures Out West

One of the most notable points of interest in the area is Pikes Peak. The drive to the entrance gate of Pikes Peak Park is approximately 15 min. The drive to the top of the mountain can take as long or short as you want depending on how much time you want to spend taking in the views of the great Rocky Mountains on one side and the Great Plains on the other. For real adventurers you can hike up Barr Trail (13 miles) to the top of Pikes Peak. The base of Barr Trail is also located in Manitou Springs next to the old Cog railway station (no longer in service).
Please no cats or dogs. I apologize, but there are no exceptions. There will be a $500 fine should you decide to bring your animal. Thank you!

Great Stay for Work Conference

This was the ideal place to stay with several coworkers for a conference at the Broadmoor. Would stay again and recommend to others!
