THIS IS A SUPER CUTE, FULLY REMODELED VICTORIAN HOME IN THE TRUE HEART OF DOWNTOWN COLORADO SPRINGS.

THE HOUSE HAS 3 BEDROOMS AND 2.5 BATHROOMS.

THIS HOME FEATURES A BRAND NEW KITCHEN WITH GRAY CABINETS, BLACK GRANITE COUNTERTOPS AND ALL NEW APPLIANCES (INCLUDING A DISHWASHER). THERE IS ALL NEW PAINT THROUGHOUT THE HOME, REFINISHED HARDWOOD FLOORS AND FRESHLY RENOVATED BATHROOMS. THE FULL DINING ROOM SITS 6 PEOPLE COMFORTABLY. THIS HOUSE ALSO HAS A BONUS TV ROOM.

THE HOUSE INCLUDES A NEW FURNACE AND CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING UNIT. THE LAUNDRY ROOM HAS A WASHER/DRYER AVAILABLE FOR GUEST USE.

THE BACKYARD IS FULLY FENCED WITH A NICE PATIO, FURNITURE AND A BBQ.

ONE OF THE BEST FEATURES OF THIS HOME IS THE PROXIMITY TO DOWNTOWN. IT IS LOCATED ONLY 2 BLOCKS FROM THE HEART OF TEJON STREET (A SHORT 5 MINUTE WALK). THE EXIT TO 1-25 IS ALSO 2 BLOCKS AWAY, WHICH ALLOWS FOR EASY ACCESS TO ALL THAT COLORADO SPRINGS HAS TO OFFER. THE AIR FORCE ACADEMY IS A QUICK 15 MINUTES AWAY, AND COLORADO COLLEGE IS ABOUT 7 BLOCKS (A 10 MINUTE WALK). THERE IS A PARK WITH BIKE/RUNNING TRAILS 1 BLOCK AWAY.

Clean home. A little dated. Needs more laundry supplies. Perfect for what we needed as we were not there much as we were out for USAFA Parents weekend. Quiet area. Close to downtown Springs. Plenty of parking.

Perfect house for CO Springs

Close to the main shops and restaurants of town. Nicely decorated in a retro vibe and very clean. Beds are super comfortable.

Great stay in COS

Ana was a wonderful hostess and actually lives close by which allows her to keep up with the house’s upkeep. The house was very clean and instructions on checking in and checking out were clearly explained. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to either be all together or spread out when desired.

Perfect home base for exploring the Springs

We loved the location and found the home to be thoughtfully furnished and decorated. The owners did an amazing job maintaining the home’s character (cool staircase, period doors, local art) and making it comfortable for guests (dining table that fits the room perfectly, multiple tvs, well-stocked kitchen). We stayed with the grandparents and our two young kids, and the house felt spacious.

Great location, everything you need

House was as described, comfortable, and most importantly very walkable to the shopping district. We enjoyed the large dining table for puzzles and takeout meals. Hot tub was fabulous, with extra towels provided. This isn’t a luxury stay, but it works. Beds were comfy but sheets were oddly too short. Kitchen had all the basics but I wouldn’t want to cook major meals in it. Tea and coffee supplied, with coffee maker, but as a tea drinker I would have liked a kettle. Overall a very successful stay in a fun older and slightly quirky home. Would stay there again.

Perfect property in The Springs

This was my third, and sadly last, time staying here. I have visited my daughter at CC over the years. This VRBO may be the only one I have ever booked multiple times. I am no longer traveling to The Springs anymore. If I was, this is the only place I would stay.

Best winter spring break

Loved the location, Loved the layout of the house, Loved the hot tub and I really liked the understanding of the misunderstanding of the days that wur booked easy fix just glad the night was available. We will highly recommend this house to our friends & family. Only issue was the windows in kitchen and stairs need blinds to have complete privacy

Warm stay in an Arctic Freeze!

This was a perfect location for our visit--would have been walking distance for downtown-our concert venue destination, a favorite restaurant and more--had it not been 10 degrees! House was warm and cozy; kitchen well stocked. Quiet neighborhood on a private little street.

Another Great Stay

I stayed here and few months ago. That review has more detail, but this property is fantastic. Quiet. Great views. Outstanding location for walking to restaurants. Plenty of space to stretch out. A total of 3 rooms with four beds. Don't hesitate to book.

Perfect Family Home

The house has everything we needed from pack n play to high chair to pots and pans to hair dryer etc…Also the furniture was cute and great amount of space and bathrooms - really the perfect place for a visiting family of four. The front porch door took some getting used to because it doesn’t lock per se, but once we got the hang of it it felt just like home.

Cozy Victorian Home

This was a very beautiful property and the location really is ideal. It is walking distance to shopping and restaurants. I had a really positive experience staying here until the last day. Check out is at 10:00, so no argument or qualms there. We were in Colorado for business so we were working extended hours. Our last night there, we returned to the house at 2:30 a.m. so we weren't moving as fast in the morning but were mindful of the time and was out of the house by 10:18 a.m. During this time the cleaning crew came banging on the door and yelling that the door was locked. Before we could open the door one of the ladies went to the back yard and started yelling that we need to get out. We opened the back door and she continued to shout that we needed to get out. As we were trying to apologize for our short delay she said that we are not welcome in the home and need to get out immediately before she calls the owner. I told her that she needed to calm down and listen but I would also not have a problem with her making that phone call. I also told her that we followed the departure instructions and the house was not used as it normally would be so there wasn't much to clean. Despite our efforts to apologize this lady was not backing down on her aggressiveness and unwelcomed behavior. Had this not transpired it easily would've been 5 stars all the way but this took all the good from this experience. To be met with craziness and nothing more is an overstep.

Quite spot in a great location.

I travel to Colorado Springs about four times a year to visit my daughter. I almost always stay in VRBO. Of the dozen or so I have booked, this one was the best. You get amazing views of the mountains out the front. The backyard is fenced in and private. We didn't use the hot tub, but only because we were too busy. The location to downtown is flawless; the only way to be closer is to stay in a hotel. It was a very short walk to the heart of the shops, restaurants, and bars. Very convenient. The interior is spacious and as described. It was comfortable and cozy. Plenty of room for a group! I seriously have no complaints on this one. If I had to pick one thing it would be the shortage of tall glassware. Seriously, that's it. I am planning on coming back to the springs in a couple of months. I am looking here first!
