Clean room comfortable bed helpful staff only issue no lift so I travelled with a friend with health condition so by end of week she was feeling it from the stairs other than that great stay. Plenty of shops supermarkets coffee shops bakery pubs couple minutes walk

Nice, clean hotel. The luggage storage is convenient. No issues except the hotels.com listing says they have laundry but the staff said they don’t.

Very nice and helpful staff. The room was clean even if kind if old. But totally Ok. The position is the best if you are in the city for a cin ern jn the close arena. Its also very convenient to reavh tye city center: just 20 minutes walking distance. The area is full of cafeterias, restaurants and shops.

This is not a hotel by any reasonable standard. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. Despite language online suggesting “modern,” “comfortable,” & conveniently located accommodation, this is deeply misleading. In reality, this property operates more like a poorly maintained hostel and should not be listed alongside legitimate hotels. The walls are paper-thin - you can hear people breathe next door & coming in & out all night making sleep impossible. The bed was extremely uncomfortable: hard, bowed in the middle, & so noisy that any movement caused loud creaking, waking us repeatedly throughout the night. The bathroom layout is poorly designed: the shower & toilet are crammed together, while the sink is inexplicably in the bedroom. There are no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room or anywhere on site, which is unacceptable even for budget accommodation. On a Sunday morning, when most local cafés are closed, this made getting a simple coffee very difficult. We only booked this property because it appeared close to the station. In practice, it really isn’t convenient, especially with luggage. There is no lift, so heavy suitcases must be carried up the stairs. The room itself was extremely small, with barely any space to open luggage or move comfortably & no fridge. The photos online are deceptive, showing a level of space and comfort that does not exist. Charging prices comparable to genuine 3- or 4-star hotels in EU capitals is insane.

The WiFi was so terrible it was close to non existent. No iron in the room. While they try to make check-in easy it is in fact not if you don’t already download the app or happen to have a person open the door for you because the no one answers the phone. Not ideal.

Amazing value I would 100% recommend no complaints at all, I was able to enter at 3AM due to our late flight with no problems. Keys are on phones so are very easy. Just the best hotel I could have gone too.

About a 15-20 minute walk to the center. When booking it said that the hotel is smoke-free, but it's very obvious when going up the stairs that people smoke there due to the very strong smell of smoke.

My family refused to stay in this hotel, as after booking we realised it appeared to be an asylum hotel and parking did not appear to be safe, cancelled booking and still got charged - TOTAL RIPOFF!!

A warning for anyone looking to stay here, and especially book the "apartment", this is no better than a hostel. The "apartment" is in fact three rooms on the top floor and a small, tired bathroom. There is no communal area you'd expect from an apartment, the rooms do not have air con, safes or fridges which is a basic amenity for a normal hotel room, let alone an apartment. The shower in the bathroom is not fit for purpose, the toilet is caked in grime, and there was a resident dead wasp on the floor of our entire stay, meaning the bathroom was not cleaned once. DO NOT stay here if you want to feel like you're staying in a hotel.

Wir wollten zu einem Konzert in Köln und haben dieses Hotel gebucht. Kurz danach wurde das Konzert abgesagt. Also haben wir angerufen beim Hotel und gefragt ob wir stornieren Können. Das Hotel sagte dann, wir würden auf 100% der Kosten sitzen bleiben 6!!!wochen vorher. Okay also dachten wir fahren wir trotzdem durch halb Deutschland und verbringen halt ein we in Köln. Nach 7 Stunden Fahrt waren wir dann (nur wegen dem Hotel )in Köln und wollten einchecken. Zu allererst sollten wir dann die 9€ City taxe bezahlen. Erst danach wurde uns gesagt , dass unser gebuchtes Zimmer leider nicht verfügbar ist und wir nun in einem Doppelstock gitterbett schlafen können, morgen aber nochmal das Zimmer wechseln durften. Damit waren wir nicht einverstanden. Nach langen hin und her wurden uns dann 20% des bichungspreises angeboten , Geld komplett zurück würde nicht gehen. Nach ca einer Stunde Diskussion durften wir dann das Zimmer, welches nicht verfügbar war und wegen dem wir überhaupt nur nach Köln sind ,stornieren … wir durften dann hungrig im dunkeln mit unserem Gepäck im Schlepptau durch eine fremde Stadt laufen und noch ein Hotel suchen. Die 9 Euro die uns vor Ort noch abgenommen wurden, haben wir bisher nicht wieder bekommen.
