"The hotel was fine. The room was spacious. We paid for an upgrade to have a balcony overlooking the pool but unfortunately, the entire view was completely blocked by a large tree. There is an interesting rule about pool towels. you can have one for your entire stay and if you wish to swap, you must pay for this. This is new and not something we have experienced prior or since. It is about a 25-30 minute walk to City Center. We took a cab one night that the hotel called for us and it was 40 euros...

"The location was lovely being a bit further out of Sorrento town you have beautiful views but also can be in town within 15 minutes on the free shuttle which was really easy and convenient. The rooms were lovely, we had a free upgrade on arrival to sea view room which had a stunning view from the balcony. The staff were incredible, so friendly and helpful.
