Great view of the sea, i could happily wake up to that every morning! "My biggest frustration was being completely unaware that this was an unmanned facility and that we were to receive an email with access instructions within 24 hours of arrival - having spent the whole day in meetings then a drive to the guesthouse (arriving about 9pm) I was not aware of any of this. No answer on the contact phone number displayed at the venue to call in case of any issue. It all added stress I did not need. Why not communicate this information at the time of booking?"
