"The lock to my apartment was temperamental so it was perfectly possible for someone to enter without a keycard. I reported this Tuesday morning, was promised it would be fixed that day and had to leave my belongings accessible. It did not get fixed until Weds evening. When I explained I was not comfortable sleeping in an apartment accessible to anyone I was told they could not move me as it was full and that the inside lock would work fine (not that I could test that). "This stay was a surprise to us. We had low expectations when we booked. We were looking for accommodation for 3 adults and 2 kids. The rooms were awesome! Kitchenette, huge balcony connected to all rooms and the view was amazing! I only hold back one star because the buffet food could have been better. The hotel had charging stations for cars and smart lighting which I really appreciated. Will be coming back for sure."

"Wir hatten tolle Tag im You and the Sea. Tolles Essen, super freundliches Personal, netter Empfang und an sich stimmiges Konzept. Allerdings ist alles in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf aus unserer Sicht dringend einer Sanierung und Erneuerung. Sowohl in den Zimmer als auch Gemeinschaftsräumen, Gelände und Mobiliar. Personal und Service und Sauberkeit (selbst sehr gut) leiden hier drunter! Danke für die Zeit"
