Fantastic place to stay! Very clean and maintained. I loved the clean bedding and the towels smelled so fresh! Soap dispenser is much better than a bar of soap, and the Keurig coffee maker is always good. The room is small, but you are only there to sleep right? :) Parking right outside your front door. Walking distance to the downtown, which is so much fun!! And, walking distance to the beach. I would definitely stay here again!
It was very small. Ac, TV, shower and all worked. My bedside outlet did not work at all which kind of sucked. Walls are beyond paper thin! I was awake early morning due to either a normal volume conversation next door, or a TV at a moderate volume. Wasn't the worst but not ideal for aany light sleepers. Overall it was a clean, easily accessible, and comfortable stay. Not too bad
Overall this is a nice place...very clean and in a convenient location. It had working Netflix and although it was small it had the essentials. The only thing I really didn't like was the price! My friend and I had to stay somewhere with a ZERO ANIMALS policy - not just "no pets but service dogs ok" but NO ANIMALS as she is terribly allergic to animal dander. So while I'm thankful that this place was available and has such a policy, the price seemed extremely high. I paid $240 a night (this was in 2026) and it's a *motel*. Just by comparison, I've stayed in *hotels* that are a LOT nicer, with a big lobby, heated pool, a front desk with staff at it on site, laundry facilities, gym and breakfast included...all under $150 a night. We're talking Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, etc. But because of the animal thing we had to either stay here or not visit the area at all. I hadn't realized it was a motel when booking, which is my bad; also I didn't know no staff would be on site. We didn't know how to get in the room but the good thing is the staff were readily available on the phone and emailed me the code for the room door. Also it was great to have two small, separate rooms each with its own bed so we each had more quiet and privacy at night. So overall it was fine, I'm just grumpy about the price.
Very nice property; would stay again. We were driving a suburban and pulling a trailer and had to park on the street but that wasn't an issue. A fun place within walking distance down the street to have lunch/dinner and a breakfast place across the street from that.
This place was perfect for a quick overnight stay. Very impressed with everything! Comfortable bed, nice large smart TV, Keurig w/ lots of coffee cream sugar cups (no tea though), microwave, fridge, COOL decor, A/C worked great, easy/secure access. Thank you!
My wife and I have stayed at this property multiple times. It is within walking distance to downtown Coeur d'Alene. The property and rooms are very clean and include all of the amenities. We will definitely be staying here again.
I stayed here as the basecamp for my first Ironman 70.3 experience, and it was the perfect location. The double queen room was charming and well appointed, with a walk-in shower, refrigerator, free Wi-Fi, and Roku TV. It was clean and well-maintained with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. The only drawback was the lack of a workstation/task chair (or any kind of seating outside of the beds) so any work had to be done sitting in bed. (They do make the office area available for use if you make arrangements with them, as the office is not staffed regularly.) It's a fully online experience in that check-in/out is handled via text and there is no daily housekeeping service, but you can get additional items if needed via text. We had no issues with that during our stay.
The hotel is in walking distance of several good diners and restaurants and about .75 miles from the main downtown area of Coeur d'Alene, as well as a couple of nice city parks, the Lake, and Tubbs Hill. It was so nice to be able to walk everywhere we wanted to go downtown and was perfect for race day without having to worry about parking. Even with both the Ironman 70.3 and Car d'Alene going on that weekend, the price was very reasonable. We would definitely come back and stay here again.
