"Very nice pleasant place to stay for a night or two"

"Chambre propre en excellent état et petit déjeuner complet.Le quartier manque de restaurants et le parking un peu cher."

"It’s what you expect in Crown Plaza. Pleasant staff, very clean and good amenities."

"Mettre à disposition une bouteille d'eau pourrait être sympa"

"Unfortunately, I had the terrible experience of finding bed bugs in my hotel room. The receptionist offered me another room, but by that evening, I was already covered in bites. I complained about the situation, but the hotel refused to give me a refund, despite the stress, the ruined holiday, and the additional expenses I had to pay for professional cleaning of my clothes to prevent bringing the bed bugs home. I will continue to pursue this complaint because this is absolutely unacceptable...

"This property was very hard to find (our cab driver could not find the actual hotel) as every one of the numerous buildings on this property have the same address, and this hotel is in an inner-facing courtyard location, not on the street where you would expect to find it. That said, the hotel itself is very clean, well maintained, and has a helpful staff, an elevator and a great breakfast."

"Amazing location and great staff!"

"For the price I paid, I think breakfast should of been included"
