Chateau by the Sea 203 is proudly managed by 'Happy Palm Stays', the top vacation rental manager on the Space & Treasure Coasts!

Only steps from ocean, this clean, bright, sunny unit is your perfect home away from home while you explore Florida's Space Coast. Right on the beach, you are only steps away from feeling the sand between your toes on sun-soaked Cocoa Beach.

Up to five people can stay in comfort with a king bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite & TV), two twins in the guest bedroom and a queen air mattress in the living room. The south-facing balcony offers the southern exposure that brings the sunlight in through big windows.

We've got your vacation needs covered with all the basics you need including linens, towels, a full kitchen, free parking, free wifi and your own in-unit washer/dryer so you can dry those towels between expeditions to the beach or pool. You don't even need to bring your own beach toys! You'll find everything you need from beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, toys and a cooler so you can start enjoying the sun, sand, and water as soon as you arrive.

Chateau by the Sea features a large, oceanfront heated swimming pool with plenty of deck chairs for relaxing and super views of the ocean and pier. If you are up for something a bit more energetic, there's a surf shop close by. Chateau By The Sea also offers guests a 360 degree roof deck, perfect for viewing shuttle launches, sunsets or just sunbathing!

Swim in the ocean, play in the breakers, and dry off by taking a stroll out to the end of the Cocoa Beach Pier, just a short walk away. You don't have to go far to find tennis, golf, wind-surfing, jet skiing, paddle boarding or deep-sea fishing expeditions. You'll be so busy you may almost forget that the Space Coast is renowned for watching shuttle launches.

Summer Vacay

Location! Location! Location! This place put us at the heart of it all…beach, pier, pool, shops, and entertainment! Everything we enjoyed was within 1 mile. The condo was perfect! The only thing I’d recommend to the host would be to have more pots and pans. I’m a big fan of cooking most of my own meals when staying in a residence vs a hotel. There was only one pot and two baking sheets. I had to get creative, but I did make it work. I will still rate it 5 stars.

Staff was amazing. It was clean except mold on the ceilings in the bathrooms. They were cleaned right away but it came back while we were there. Not the fault of management but not ideal. The photos were taken when everything was brand new. While it is still nice, it is definitely not brand new, so do not expect it to be.

Relaxing and Fun

This is our second stay at this property, this time our parents joined us in another unit! This unit is clean and has all the necessary items needed in the kitchen and to enjoy the beach. Steps away from the beach, we enjoyed beautiful sunrises on the beach and sunsets on the rooftop. We also enjoyed three rocket launches from the rooftop! Will be back!

Perfect location!

Our condo was in the perfect location to walk to the beach and pier. It was super clean and very well stocked with everything we needed for the week. The heated pool was very nice. We had a fantastic week and will definitely be back!

Perfect

First time VRBO, the condo was exactly as pictured represented, and was very clean. The property is on the beach, and was spotless. Everything functioned as expected, family had a great Christmas break. Highly recommend, and will come back.

Great Place for a Family Vacation

Was able to host a relaxing family vacation. Location wise, it doesn’t get any better. Roof deck was a great amenity as we took in the sunrise and sunset from there and the beach. Would recommend this location for any one visiting cocoa beach and I would definitely come again.

Ideal Place to Stay in Cocoa Beach

Beautiful condo, very clean and has all the supplies you need for the beach, which is a very short walk. It is also close to the Pier and other fun activities. I would stay here again!

Great location, very clean and comfortable condo

The property is very well kept and the location near the Cocoa Beach Pier is perfect. The condo was comfortable and contained everything needed to make the stay enjoyable. Plenty of cooking utensils, dish soap and the washer/dryer inside the unit was very convenient. The manager Zareh was always checking to make sure all is OK. We will stay there again.

Great place to stay in Cocoa Beach!

Extremely clean and well furnished with all the kitchen supplies you'll need. Manager Zairah communicated well. Will highly recommend. Walking distance to Cocoa Beach pier. Many good restaurants close as well as a Publix supermarket. Will be coming back!

Amazing

The stay was amazing . The place was clean and the response to one small issue was responded to super quickly. We definitely would stay again and recommend to friends. The time we had was magical and just amazing. Thank you for making our trip so wonderful! We definitely will return one day!!!

Perfect Location!

This unit was clean and well appointed. The bed in the primary bedroom was squeaky and a tad uncomfortable and the linens need an upgrade but overall, it is a NICE place. The pool is beautiful. The ocean is just steps from the complex. We loved the rooftop deck! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We had a great time!

Vacation

We stayed at the property August 6th-13th of 2023. It was a painless and very easy check in and check out process. Property was very clean and everything we needed was provided in the condo. They supplied a cooler, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels even though I had all that already. The proximity to the beach is perfect as well. Literally a less than 2 minute walk to the beach and pier. I recommend you stay here if you come to the Cocoa Beach area.

Chateau at Cocoa Beach

First Zareh was excellent. His communication was timely and informative prior to our vacation. We were on site for 7 nights and he contacted me 3 times to make sure we were happy. The property is very clean. Steps from the beach. Nice pool. It’s located in a very nice area. We enjoyed it and will return again.

Very clean and well decorated. Perfect location right on the beach and very close to the pier. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient after a day at the beach. We were thankful for the outdoor shower when you reenter the pool from the beach to wash off all the sand.
