"The owners are amazing! If you are looking for a beautiful stay, clean room, great AC, great home cooked breakfast, coffee, water bottles and 10 star hospitality! They even have a gorgeous puppy on site, goats on the mountain side, and a beautiful view for even your bathroom. We were about a 10-15 min Grab ride from all of the tours and things to do. A peaceful getaway which was perfect for us!"

"A peaceful oasis in the heart of town An's Retreat exceeded all of our expectations. It offers an ideal balance: you enjoy the tranquility, fresh air, and picturesque countryside views, all while being conveniently located right in town. The entire property is beautifully maintained, clean, and relaxing. Above all, the hospitality stood out—the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home throughout our stay. From the ambiance to the service, everything was absolutely perfect. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Ninh Binh"

"We stayed at La Lua Resort for two nights. The room was well appointed with great views of the rice fields and mountains, and the staff were attentive. If you want to unplug and relax on site, it is a great choice. A few things to keep in mind: Location: It is 15+ km from Tam Coc, where most of the action and food options are. Bike rental services would not deliver to the hotel, so we had to take a Grab into town to rent bikes and eat. Value: As the most expensive stay of our 6-hotel trip, the breakfast and afternoon tea fell short of expectations for the price point. Great spot to unwind, but factor in the distance if you plan to explore Tam Coc."

From the moment we arrived, every single detail had been thoughtfully taken care of, and the staff were simply incredible. We felt so well looked after throughout every experience and could not have asked for a more special stay. The food was exceptional, the surroundings are stunning, and the entire property has such a wonderful atmosphere. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Kim, who was incredibly warm and lovely. He shared so many fascinating details about the accommodation’s commitment to sustainability and renewable practices. We especially loved learning that even the restaurant tables were made from recycled old pallets. It is clear that so much thought and care has gone into every aspect of the property. We genuinely loved every second of our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere truly special. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable and unforgettable!"

"We stayed four nights and loved every minute. Our room was gorgeous and the little patio looking out onto the river was perfect. It was so quiet!!! We were close to town but felt so far away by the peacefulness. The restaurant is great and offers good prices on their meals. Their coconut coffee was AMAZING! The breakfast buffet had a great selection and we loved the cats that hung around the restaurant and pool. They were very sweet and fun to watch play. Pool was great and spacious and they did offer us the opportunity to use kayaks along their river, but we didn’t get enough time to do so with our days trips planned. Thank you for having us. We will definitely be returning one day!"
