A step back in time. Literally. The motel was vintage in every way. It served the purpose. Traveling with my cat limited the options. It was clean and convenient to 80.

Short Stay still managed to be Uncomfortable

We only stayed briefly on a road trip, arriving in the middle of the night and leaving early in the morning. For that sort of stay, this was all we really needed, and it was right next to the highway, so we were able to get back on the road easily. That being said, our bathroom didn't have any hot water, the towels had a couple stains, and there was a visible deep red stain on the uncovered side of one of the mattresses. I would not consider this stay worth the money we spent.

Good value, Great place to rest, Good location...

Late check in & a place to lay our heads for a good nights sleep. Clean but older & no smoke smell. Good location. Staff very friendly & their recommendation Jennifer's restaurant Sunday morning for breakfast was the bomb! King's is an inexpensive place to stay & lacks some of the regular amenities, etc., so have your own toiletries. I'm sure the TV worked (we never turned it on). I would stay there again.

Looks like a place that rents by the hour.

Facility looked deserted when we drove up. Before checking in, we insisted on seeing the room. The lights were so dim you couldn't tell if it was clean or not. It looks like a place people would rent by the hour.

So glad I found this hotel on your website!

Not very pretty to look at from the outside, but HUGE rooms and perfect for the dogs. I was in town for a dog show These rooms have a back door with a little patio and very large grassy area. I would walk the dogs right out my back door.

the out side look like a second rate motel. the rooms were clean, there were no lamps beside the beds. there was no shampoo to to wash hair. are motels getting that cheep now they only supply soap. if all you want to do is crash for one night it is ok. the staff were friendly. not that easy to get in and out of. i guess you get what you pay for.

Turned around and left

Pulled in parking lot, caught a glimpse of hotel and instantly turned around and left. I did not stay. Not the type of hotel I was expecting. First impressions makes the call for me.

Nice stop-over hotel

Room was clean and comfortable and served our needs as a place to rest for the night on our vacation. Bathroom sink had seen better days, chips and rust stains, bring your own shampoo. Pillows were a little thin, but the bed was comfortable. Fridge in the room was not plugged in when we arrived, but it was super-quick to cool down - our bottled water was nicely chilled in the morning (and close to frozen, "maximum" setting IS maximum!)
