Embassy Suites By Hilton Chattanooga Downtown

"Room was clean, but a bit smaller than I expected for a “suite” hotel. I stayed at an Embassy Suites a couple of times in the past and it was an actual suite back then. The location is good if you want to do things downtown such as visiting the aquarium and going to the IMAX theatre. Several good restaurants are close by, and it is right next to an AMC movie theater. The breakfast is good enough to have a couple times; after that you will be looking for something else. Parking is basically by valet, which we don’t really like because it’s a hassle if you want to retrieve something from your vehicle, plus every time you go anywhere by car you feel obliged to tip twice, both when picking up and dropping back off. Overall a decent hotel."

"Clean room, friendly staff. Wanted more protein/meat options for the breakfast. Our check in staff was on a call on speaker with her sister while checking us in. Strange and unprofessional. The evening guy the second night kept the pool open later for us and we were so thankful for that."

"The suite was roomy and well appointed. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Having a washer and dryer available was very useful, especially with the options to pay with cash, coin or phone. The hotel was laid out well and the breakfast was better than most."
